What should be Quantity in Create Portfolio?

In terms of Qty what should i input is it lot size or number of lots multiplied by 75… Eg: for place order for 3 lots is it 3 or 225 in Qty box?

For all the derivatives contracts NFO, CDS and MCX, Qty is number of lots and not lot size. For example if you want to trade on 1 lot of NIFTY20MARFUT Qty would be 1 and not 75.
